Lucky streak
Sunday, July 15, 2007 I'm going to try not to squeal too loudly but I need to share that I am in a really good corner of the universe right now. It is the little happy place where I've been completely lucky.
For a couple of weeks, I've been feeling really down about the teensy little apartment where we cram all our clutter live, mentally redecorating our place over and over in my head, thinking of selling most of our furniture and starting over and nearly crying when I saw the most recent Pottery Barn catalog with a droolable living room in it. But worry not, I'm putting all that silliness aside because (eeeee!) I've won some really great stuff in the last week:
* I won a $50 Target gift card out of about 50 women in a focus group (which I will either agonize over in an obsessive and overly frugal manner or spend completely in about four minutes).
* I won a free pass to BlogHer. I'm beyond words about this.
* I won this adorable tooth fairy pillow over at Mums the Word. Hang out there a while. It is a cute site with lots of fun contests.
